Yes, absolutely. We never heat our honey above hive temperature (approx 35°C) or use micro-filters. This ensures all beneficial pollens, live enzymes, and medicinal bio-compounds remain completely intact in every jar.
Crystallization is the ultimate sign of raw purity. It proves the honey hasn't been over-processed. Different flower necatars crystallize at different speeds. If you prefer it liquid, simply place the jar in a bowl of warm water (not boiling).
